Built from what you actually recorded
Quit Sweet turns your own entries into streaks, charts and patterns. Nothing is inferred from outside data, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
What is measured
Counted directly from your entries
These figures come straight from what you saved. Change a goal and they are recalculated; delete an entry and they adjust.
Current streak
How many consecutive days meet your goal right now. In Quit sweets mode this counts sweet-free days; in the other modes it counts days that stayed within your target.
Best streak
The longest run you have achieved so far. It stays on your record even after a streak ends.
On-goal days
A count of days that met your current goal, recalculated from your saved entries whenever the goal changes.
Weekly activity
A bar chart of the last seven local calendar days against your daily pace, plus four consecutive weekly totals for a longer view.
Cravings resisted
Craving logs whose recorded outcome was that the craving passed. Only what you entered is counted.
Daily check-ins
Mood, optional energy and craving level on a 1–5 scale, one entry per local day, editable whenever something changes.
Craving patterns
Your craving logs grouped into morning, afternoon, evening and night, so the timing of the habit becomes visible.
Goal calendar
A 30-day grid marking each day as on-goal, over-goal or no-data, so gaps are as visible as successes.
Estimates
Two figures that are estimates, not measurements
The app is explicit about this on screen, and so is this page.
Sweets avoided (est.)
Compares what you logged against the weekly baseline you entered during setup. If your baseline was a rough guess, this figure is a rough guess too.
Money saved (est.)
Uses the average weekly spending figure you entered, in the currency you chose. The app has no access to your actual spending.
Both values are only as accurate as the baseline and spending numbers you entered. Treat them as a rough sense of direction, not as a financial or nutritional calculation.

Twelve milestones, earned once
Achievements are based only on activity stored on your device — completing setup, logging honestly, holding a streak, using the craving flow. Each one shows how to unlock it and how far along you are.
Once earned, an achievement stays unlocked. Changing your goal or logging a sweet after a long streak does not take it away, because the point is to recognise what you did, not to hold it hostage.
Achievements are listed among theapp's wider capabilities, and thefive-step pause feeds several of them.

Your data, your patterns
Everything on this page is generated on your device from entries you chose to make.
